A stereotypical view of gay people: intro

Introduction

A lot of people view gay people as "wrong" or as a bad difference to heterosexual people. That is why I chose gay people, to show how they are represented in the media and how it is different to actual gay people in real life. I also chose it because not many people seem to be comfortable when it comes to talking about this particular subject. Also, the word gay is just thrown around in youth culture and even among adults. For example, if someone doesn't like a pair of trainers that you have, they might call them gay. This annoys me because just because you do something different to someone else doesn't mean that it affects your sexuality. When people asume, they often asume wrong, that is what is happening with the gay community.
